AARON KOZ
Aaron Koz is an aerialist specializing in aerial straps, hand-to-hand, and duo aerial. He is a traveling movement and circus coach and author of The Aerial Spinning Reference Guide. He completed his undergrad in neuroscience, and now offers the first introductory aerial straps teacher training.
Moving from Washington, D.C. to NYC, he started at Circus Warehouse’s intensive program, and since has studied under elite coaches in SF, Montreal, and Mexico. He draws from his background in neuroscience to augment his work as a coach and personal trainer and collaborates heavily with physical therapists to help augment and structure his teaching offerings. He has performed and taught internationally in places like Ireland (Irish Aerial Dance Festival), Australia, New Zealand and Saudi Arabia.

SHANNON MCKENNA
Shannon McKenna, aerialist was never a dancer, never a gymnast, but one hell of a tree climber.
As a coach, she provides a unique approach to a solid foundation in conditioning and flexibility training to prepare the artist body to be expressive in the air. In 2018, Shannon launched The Artist Athlete, an online resource that produces educational material for aerialists, with weekly podcast called The Artist Athlete Podcast which contains interviews with professionals in the circus industry.

SUZON GHEUR
Originally from Brussels (Belgium), Suzon Gheur graduated with a Master in Physical Education. Then she became a certified circus arts trainer, doing the Pro-Track of N.E.C.C.A. (New England Center For Circus Arts, USA) on cyr wheel and trapeze dance, and she recently completed the Formancion Profesional En Artes Circenses of the Carampa Circus School (Spain).
Circus amuses her even though it has become her career. Suzon works by drawing on pleasure, playfulness and honesty, respecting her "inner child". She has been making a living as an artist and circus trainer for a few years now by traveling internationally.

VERONICA MELIS
Born in Italy, Veronica Melis has been an interdisciplinary artist, director, designer and performer for almost thirty years, she evolves in the international performing arts world. After having received training in Dance-Theater in Europe (Dominique Mercy, Malou Airaudo from Cie Pina Bausch, among others), obtained a master's degree in Performance Semiology from the University of Bologna and three professional diplomas for dancers-actors, she performs in theaters and festivals in more than 15 countries around the world.
She has collaborated with renowned artists including Daniele Finzi Pasca, Alex "Spicey" Landé, Brigitte Haentjens, René-Daniel Dubois, Marco Calliari, Marie-Josée Gauthier, Hélène Blackburn and Harold Rhéaume.
Deeply involved in the Quebec's cultural and artistic community, she has been a member of numerous committees for artistic diversity and has been a member of the Circus Arts - Street Arts committee with CAM since 2018. In addition to her work on stage, we have seen Veronica Melis on the big and small screen.
She has taught for a long time at the National Theater School of Canada and has been an artistic advisor at the National Circus School since 2009, she gives training for En Piste, Universities and Art Schools in America and Europe.

GABRIELLE FAVREAU
Physiotherapist for over 16 years, Gabrielle is interested in both neurology and orthopedics / musculoskeletal.
During these years, she was brought to work with diverse clienteles, from neuropediatrics to athletes from different backgrounds.
Graduated from DEC in dance at Cégep de St-Laurent, she has been training in aerial disciplines since 2009 and has a particular interest in monitoring circus artists in physiotherapy.

Her multi-dimensional teaching incorporates her explorations of gymnastics, contortion, Feldenkreis, Pilates, Mensendick, Essentrics, Qi gong, yoga and meditation.
PERSONAL STATEMENT
I am in love with the human body as a whole, including all aspects of its unity with the brain.
